So many players covet the thrill of a good scare that fiction films can provide. But the horror games offer a uniquely dangerous and desperate feeling. When the welfare of the character is in your hands, every step he takes, every quivering, every breath, every howl, laugh distorted each can be more terrible than in a movie.
